At least the war on meth is going well . . . Officials in Arizona report a decline in teen meth use. Unfortunately, the decline in meth use has been accompanied by an INCREASE in teen use of black tar heroin.

How cool is that?

I think it is called,"The Law of Supply and Demand" or Reaganonics it was called, "Called Supply Side Economics" Whatever!!
